ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival Nairobi.
- Hotel Transfer, Overnight: Eka hotel, (Meals included: Breakfast).
Day 2: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park (250 km – Approx. 3.5 – 4 hours), (The home of Kilimanjaro Mountain).
- We’ll head out in our private 4 x 4 Jeep for Amboseli National Park on the Nairobi – Mombasa Highway
- Our journey begins traveling over the African savannah with its local farms. You may spot Masai herdsmen in their colourful wraps tending their cattle.
- After lunch enjoy an afternoon game drive.
- We’ll enjoy lunch at our Amboseli accommodation, with time to freshen up and relax.
- As promised, the imposing form of Mt. Kilimanjaro dominates the scenery of this small park, where wildlife are often spotted through the sparse scrub.
- The afternoon will see us on game drives, and we’re sure to see Amboseli's famous elephants marching to or from a favourite watering hole.
- Overnight: Oltukai Lodge.

Day 3: Amboseli National Park.
- Early morning is a very special time for a game drive.
- You’ll see the park come alive with the first stirrings of wildlife as the gentle early light plays upon the trees and plains.
- We’ll have breakfast and then we’re off in our 4 x 4 on another drive looking for lions cheetahs and smaller game like hyenas, foxes, baboons, and monkeys.
- Amboseli enjoys a rich palette of birdlife as well – crake, egret, heron, falcon, and eagle have all been spotted at the park’s marshes and lakes.
- We can also spot wildlife from the lookout vantage of Observation Hill where we may see buffalo, hippo, pelican and still more avian life below.
- As evening approaches, look to Mt. Kilimanjaro as its snowy peak may appear through the breaking clouds.
